Infrastructure: The Telloport distriSPOT locker allows delivery of orders of various sizes. For example, smaller lockers are provided for printed items such as name cards, invitations, and A4 documents, as well as larger lockers that accommodate products such as pop-ups up to 2 meters. The locker features a large, intuitive terminal that facilitates user interaction.
Software platform: The Telloport platform provides complete management and control of the distriSPOT locker. It handles security, monitoring, reporting, and business processes and integrates with Burocad’s software systems via Telloport REST API.
Services: Telloport Professional Services ensured flawless implementation and integration within Burocad’s existing supply chain processes and software systems. After this, Telloport Care Services took operational responsibility and ensured the solution remained available.
